The SerialComm USB-232-2 is a high quality economical bi-directional USB-powered USB to RS232C converter in a 9 pin format. It can convert any standard full duplex USB port to any full duplex RS232 port. In simple terms, it will convert any USB signal to a RS232 signal and vice versa.
